Premier Mobility (UK) Limited supply mobility products of the highest standard,in new condition from many leading manufacturers.

Our assessment centre is located in the East Midlands at: 268 Coventry Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LEIO ONG

Opening Hours: Monday – Friday: 9.00 – 5.00pm / Saturday: Closed  / Sunday: Closed.

Ordering & Payments

You can place your order safely  through one of our friendly staff members, either over the phone or in person within our assessment centre. Payment can be made:-

1. Using all major credit and debit cards within Premier Mobility (UK) Limited  ; or

2. By cheque (please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear prior to delivery of items);

3. All orders are processed by our dedicated friendly staff members.

4. All personal information gathered is for the sole purpose of processing customer orders and is not passed to any other party.

5. Please note that no products will be delivered until paid for in full.

VAT Exemption

6. Individuals who are chronically sick or disabled and whose products are for personal use, along with charities where the products are made available to a disabled person for their own personal or domestic use, may be eligible for VAT exemption.

7. To qualify for VAT exemption, you must state the precise medical condition, and meet the criteria at the time you place your order. Assuming you meet this criteria, VAT will not be added unless a particular product has compulsory VAT. Please be aware there are penalties for false declarations, Premier Mobility (UK) Limited will not be held responsible for incuring costs from false declarations,any costs will be the responsibility of the person recorded on the VAT exemption form, for the person(s) you’re purchasing for. Please note not all products are eligible for vat exemption.

Delivery

8. We endeavour to process in store orders within 7 days. Some items may take up to 21 days. Delivery times from our suppliers are estimates only and no guarantee can be made. Where we have available stock, we will do our utmost to provide delivery in 3 days within Leicestershire, Warwickshire. If you do require special delivery please contact Premier Mobility directly on Freephone 0800 281756 or 01455 634786 for this service and this can be arranged for you at an additional cost.

9. Power products (for example mobility scooters, power chairs, riser/recliner chairs and electric beds) generally require installation by one of our Service Technicians to ensure that you gain the maximum benefit from your product(s). Where this is the case,a delivery set up will be actioned by a Premier Mobility (UK) Limited employee/ agent, usually within 14 days, Some items may take up to 28 days. It is your responsibility to ensure the Service Technician has clear and unimpeded access to effect delivery and installation, and Premier Mobility (UK) Limited will not be held responsible for any failure to deliver if this is prevented due to matters beyond our control, or for any damage, howsoever caused, to any product or premises due to inadequate access.

Occasionally delivery time may go beyond the estimate due to circumstances outside of our control and in such circumstances we will endeavour to notify you and update you as to progress, extended delivery times does not negate the order.

Guarantee

10. All our products are new and covered by a 12 month return to base manufacturers warranty for parts and materials only, providing the product is designed to last that length of time. Please note consumables are not included and neither are incontinence products, due to Hygiene Regulations.

If you experience any defects with a product, please do not hesitate to contact Premier Mobility (UK) Limited on Freephone 0800 281756 or 01455 634786 where we will endeavour to rectify any manufacturing defects within our return to base 12 month warranty, please be aware any user error faults will incur a charge from Premier Mobility (UK) Limited.

Returns Policy

11. Premier Mobility (UK) Limited will exchange or offer a credit note on any purchase, a full refund will only be given if the product being returned is faulty.

Conclusion of a Contract

This website and the information shown constitute an invitation to treat and not an offer capable of acceptance. Premier Mobility (UK) Limited reserve the right to change prices if shown, specifications of products, images, website criteria at anytime. Premier Mobility (UK) Limited will not be held responsible for any inconsistences of information or prices if shown within this website.
